Introduction
In this guide you’ll learn how to recharge (top up) products such as Back Films and Hydrogel Films onto your Forward Zero Cutting Machine using the iOS app.
Using the app is a quick and easy way to add new film cuts to your machine. You are able to add film cuts onto the machine using the built in screen, however it requires manually typing in the product codes, which is much more time consuming so it’s better to set up the app!
It’s worth noting that when you pruchase the machine you’ll be supplied with 50 films as standard. Once you’ve used all of your films you’ll need to buy more and top up your machine with your new films. You won’t be able to cut any films without first registering them with your Forward Zero Machine.

Start by downloading the Zero Plotter App onto your phone. You can download the app through this link or search for "Zero Plotter" on the app store.

You'll need to open the link on your phone in order to download the app.

Open the Zero Plotter App once it's downloaded.

The log in details for the Zero Plotter app will be located at the bottom of your machine. This will be your unique account number and password.

Each machine has its own unique code that will belong to you hence why ours is hidden in this photo.

Once you've entered your details, click 'Login'.

Once you've logged in, click 'My Account' in the bottom right.

A new menu will pop up, click Material Code.

Next, click 'Scan' to scan the QR code on the product you'd like to add to your machine.

You'll find the QR code on the back of your film pack.

After clicking scan, this will open up your camera, hover over the QR code, the app will recognise it and immediately add the product.

Once the product has scanned. The QR codes unique long number will show in the white box. Click 'OK'.

Once you've clicked 'OK'. This will bring up a message saying 'Recharge Success' and will log you out of the app.

Log back into the app and on the account menu your usable number will increase to the amount of products you have added.

You have now successfully added new film cuts to your Forward Zero Machine!
