Introduction

In this short guide we’ll be explaining how to change the cutting gears on your Forward Zero machine. You’ll need to do this if you have a variety of different FORWARD products.

  1. The type of product you need to cut will determine what cut depth you need to set. You have the choice of 10 different cut depths located on a rotatable dial on the blade holder. Gear 10 is the most protruded the blade will be and gear 1 is the least protruded. Gear 10 is the most protruded the blade will be and gear 1 is the least protruded.

  3. Twist the dial to your desired gear. You can now resume using your Forward Zero machine and cut your product.
